Charles Andrew Parker (known as Charlie) was born in Billings, MT on Nov 28, 1957 to Jack and Ramona Parker. Charlie grew up in Montana going to school in Billings, Edger and Bridger. Later, after his parents divorced and his dad Jack met his wife Doris, who was a school teacher in Billings, his dad accepted a job with the school district and they moved to Baker. That is where Charlie met Debra Larson who shortly after became his wife. Charlie and Debra then had four awesome kids who later on caused his hair to turn gray. He worked as a heavy equipment operator and a truck driver until a few years after his kids graduated from High School. He then moved to Dickinson, ND where he worked for Walmart, the hospital and then started hauling cars and driving limo for Dan Porter Motors until he retired.

Charlie enjoyed camping and fishing with his family as well as spending the day in Medora shopping, going to dinner and going to the musical. During the summer, he liked to take the Miata, his sports car, out for a ride. He also enjoyed when the family would get together on the weekends for a barbecue. That's when he decided to learn how to bake so he could spoil his grandkids. Most recently, he took a great interest in AI, creating avatars and overlays.

Charlie is survived by his wife, Debra; son, Clayton; daughters, Vicki and Ramona; daughter-in-law, Tammy; grandchildren, Katelynn, Katrina, Conner, Cory, Kamdynn, Kylarr, Kaydon, Keny, Kyran and Oaklie; his sister, Shelly; and his nieces and nephews, Jeramiah, Rebecca, Jack and Audrey.

Charlie is preceded in death by his son, John; his parents, Jack and Ramona; his stepmom, Doris; sister, Laurene; adopted brother, Earl and adopted sister, Angie.
