Following their retirement from the dairy business, Esther and Edgar became employees of the Morton County Fair Building and enjoyed working alongside each other for an additional 10 years. Esther and Edgar were fully retired in 2015. Esther enjoyed crocheting, raising flowers, reading, puzzles, word search and especially babysitting her great-grandchildren.
