Janice was born October 23, 1944, in Dickinson, the daughter of Anton and Philomine Faiman.  She resided all of her life in Dickinson and worked more than 35 years at Kelley’s McDonalds, where she met many great friends. She was a loving mother and an avid Vikings fan. Her greatest accomplishment and joy were her children and grandchildren. She was a proud military mom. When she was able, she loved traveling to see her family.  In her life she was able to travel to Europe and Hawaii and all of the different states where her children and their spouses were stationed with the US Military. She also loved dogs, especially her grand-dogs Gemma, Eleanor (Ellie), Hat Trick, Stella, and Nola.

Janice is survived by 3 children: Kelly (Mark) Hand, Belmont, NY,  Tracy (John) Sampson, Honolulu, HI, and Rob (Raquel) Herman, Walla Walla, WA;  5 grandchildren: Emily (Corey), Adam (Jessie), and Megan Hand and Joshua (Liljana) and Quin Iguina and 1 great-granddaughter, Haylee Spinks with another one on the way (Robin Iquina). Her surviving family are a brother, Daniel Faiman, Fairview, MT, and a sister, Cynthia King, Gainesville, FL, and brother-in-law, Edwin Kuchynski.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Philomine and Anton Faiman; and sisters, Patricia (Matthew) Kugler, Georgianna (John) Rea, and Margaret Kuchynski and brother Dennis Faiman.

The family would like to thank her friends that helped with her care, Sylvia Torres, Phyllis Parsons, and Kathy Fisher. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to a charity of your choice.
