Jerry Curtis Chase, 71, of Hebron passed away, Thursday, April 29, 2021 on his family farm.
In accordance with Jerry’s wishes, cremation will take place with a private family service at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Pam; step daughter, Kerry (Bill) McCone; grandchildren, Tyler McCone and Chase McCone both of Hebron; sisters, Dorothy Massengill, Ora Mae Klein, Eldonna Hilde; foster brother, Robert E. Lee; 13 nephews and nieces; and many great nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Anna Chase; two brothers, Robert Chase, and Monroe Chase; one sister, Severne Caster; and niece, Monica Chase.
