Funeral Services for Marilyn Anderson, 84, of Glen Ullin, formerly of Rosemount MN., will be 10:00 a.m., CT Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Hebron with Pastor Toby Heller officiating.

Visitation for Marilyn will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Marilyn passed away Monday, February 28, 2022 at Marian Manor Health Care in Glen Ullin.

Marilyn Thelon Anderson was born June 19, 1937 in Montevideo, MN, to Thomas and Mamie (Brovold) Amundson. She grew up in Dawson, MN and graduated from Dawson High School. Marilyn went on to the Minnesota School of Business. She married Loren Anderson on April 9, 1960 and lived in Minneapolis, MN. To this union two children were born; Brian and Debra. The family moved to Rosemount, MN in 1962. She worked for Honeywell for 25 years as a Secretary/Paralegal. Upon Loren’s passing in August of 2013, Marilyn moved to Glen Ullin, ND. She loved camping up at Lake Superior and traveling, especially going to Hawaii with her family. She loved lighthouses and her cat Molly. Marilyn’s greatest joy in her life was her family and her favorite role was being a grandma and becoming a great-grandma. Marilyn’s family would like to thank the caring staff at Marian Manor for all the years of love they showed her.

Marilyn is survived by her children, Brian (Connie) Anderson of Farmington, MN, Debra (Donald) Wanner of Hebron, ND; grandchildren, Troy Anderson of Farmington, MN, Laura (Blake) Ceroll of Lidgerwood, ND, Nathan (Samantha Ruszat) Wanner of Hayward, WI, Vanessa (Levi) Hoff of Hebron, ND; and great-grandchildren, Liam and Khloe Hoff.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Mamie Amundson; husband, Loren.
