Michael Adams, 47, of Dickinson passed away Monday, September 29, 2025. In accordance to Michael's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held at this time.
Michael Adams was born on October 16, 1977, in Granite City, Illinois, the son of Robert Adams and Elizabeth (Bradford) Adams. He grew up and attended schools in North Carolina and in Granite City. Following school, he proudly enlisting in the United States Navy. After his honorable discharge, Michael began a career in construction, building pole barns and developing a strong reputation for his hard work and craftsmanship.
In 2018, Michael moved to Dickinson where he began working in the oilfield. Most recently he worked for GMHR. Beyond his work, Michael had many passions. He enjoyed drawing, and he had a love of motorcycles. Whether it was riding, racing, or teaching, he found joy in sharing that passion, especially with his daughters.
Of all the titles Michael held, the one he cherished most was being a father and grandfather. His daughters, Mackenzie, Madison, and Adalyn, were the center of his world, and he loved nothing more than spending time with them. He was also a proud grandfather to Hayzlee, Tatum, and Mason, who brought him endless joy.
Michael will be remembered for his hard work, his adventurous spirit, and his unwavering love for his family.
Michael is survived by his parents Robert and Elizabeth Adams; three daughters, Mackenzie Adams (Noah) Arizona, Madison Adams (Zach Fitterer) Dickinson, and Adalyn Adams, Dickinson; and grandchildren Hayzlee, Tatum, and Mason; brother Jacob Adams; sisters Jaime Adams and Amanda Adams.
