Myron Binstock, 65, of Dickinson passed away on Monday, February 5, 2024 at his home. A celebration of life for Myron will take place at a later date.

Myron Ronald Binstock was born on February 10, 1958 in Dickinson, North Dakota to Louie J. and Barbara (Froehlich) Binstock. He grew up on his parents’ farm south of Dickinson and attended school at Dickinson High School, graduating in 1976. After graduation, Myron starting driving truck, hauling milk for local dairy farms.

Myron married Nita Burwick, and the couple had three children, Julie, Josh, and Tim.

He started a career in geothermal drilling, which took him all over the United States. This began his love for travelling. He went from coast to coast, from the Bronx in New York, to Beverly Hills in California, all the way up to Canada. Myron retired in 2021.

Myron enjoyed many things in life, particularly hunting, fishing, and spending time out at the family farm, where he was always happy to see the animals. He especially loved any time he got to spend around his family.

Myron is survived by his children, Julie Binstock of Fargo, Josh (Lindsey) Binstock of Grand Forks, and Tim Binstock of Ada, MN; grandkids, Ryan and Colton Binstock, Justin Binstock; his siblings, Linda (Gordon) Pavlicek of Dickinson, Larry (Jacque) Binstock of Mandan, Randy (Sherri) Binstock of Williston, Curt Binstock of Bismarck, Eileen Rowe of Pass Christian, MS, LouAnn (Dave) Murchison of Sturgis, SD, Rodney (Rhonda) Binstock of Dickinson, Michele Binstock of Kalispell, MT; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Louie and Barbara; and his uncles and aunts.
