Patsy was called home to the Lord on February 5, at St. Benedict's Health Center, Dickinson, surrounded by her loving family.
Patsy was born July 14, 1950, in Dickinson, to Matt and Katie (Evoniuk) Logosz. She grew up on the family farm near Gorham, ND where she learned the value of hard work, faith, and family qualities that remained with her throughout her life. She attended country school and graduated from Belfield High School in 1968.
On June 19, 1969, Patsy married the love of her life, Gary Lee Kadrmas, and together they made their home in Belfield, where they raised four daughters. Family was the center of Patsy's world, and she took great pride in caring for those she loved.
Patsy dedicated several years to working as a paraprofessional at the Belfield Schools before later continuing her career at Dan's Conoco, where she especially enjoyed visiting with the patrons she came to know so well. She was deeply involved in her faith community, serving actively with St. Bernard's Guild and as the CCD Coordinator.
Patsy and her husband, Gary, shared many enjoyable trips to the casino, a pastime she continued with friends after his passing. She found peace in country drives and treasured time spent visiting with others. An avid reader throughout her life, Patsy also enjoyed playing cards and valued the simple joys of companionship. In her younger years, she loved to dance, listen to her records, and sing along to her favorite music. Known fondly in Belfield as the "Perm Lady," Patsy was also remembered as an exceptional cook, especially for her famous caramel rolls.
Patsy's friendly nature and warm smile made everyone feel welcome. She will be lovingly remembered for her gentle spirit, her love of visiting, and the quiet, thoughtful ways she shared care and kindness with all who knew her.
Survivors include her four daughters: Lisa (Jason) Tormaschy, Jennifer (James) Perdaems, Nicole (Scott) Schafer and Casey (Jack) Kessel; four sisters: Victoria Karras, Angie Chruszch, Marina (Hugh) Hlebechuk and Charlotte (Darryl) Heim; and four grandchildren: Jacob Kessel, Katie Kessel, Slayton Tormaschy and Benton Kadrmas.
Patsy was preceded in death by her husband, Gary; parents, Matt and Katie Logosz; a sister, Bernie Sturgeon, four brothers-in-law: Ray Karras, Fred Kanski, Bill Chruszch and Bob Sturgeon.
