Sheila passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022 at CHI St. Alexius Health in Dickinson.

Sheila was born in Dickinson on October 17, 1945 to Bill and Eva (Glasser) Anner. She attended school in Dickinson. On November 23, 1964, Sheila married Dennis Schloss. The couple had three children, daughters Berlinda and Bettina, and son Dennis. Sheila worked several jobs in Dickinson through the years, German Hungarian Club, Shamrock Bar and Sande Music to name a few. Sheila liked to play bingo, always setting out her lucky rabbit’s foot. She belonged to a bowling team and a pool league. Sheila was very social and made friends wherever she went. Fishing was a passion of hers. She loved to be on the boat and if the fish were biting, she wasn’t going back to shore! She liked to grow a big garden every year and made the best pickles! Sheila loved her golf cart and cruised around the property watering trees and feeding the birds. She adored animals, especially cats, and took in many through the years. Her home was never without a family pet. Sheila’s grandbabies have four legs and fur. She always made sure the grand-pets had Christmas presents under the tree too. She loved Christmas and it was a special time for her. Sheila had many “kids”, the neighborhood kids, and Berlinda’s and Tina’s friends all called her Mom. She cherished her brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. Family was very important to her and the bond with her siblings always remained strong. She will be so very missed by all.

Sheila is survived by her husband, Dennis; daughters, Berlinda Simonieg of Dickinson and Tina (Bill) Griswold of Dickinson; sisters, Shirley (Ed) Hartman, Linda Fridrich; brother, Robert (Maryann) Anner; Scooter the family cat and six grand-pets.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Eva Anner; son, Dennis; brothers, Billy, Dwayne and Denny Anner; sister, Beverly (Gene) Kolling; brother-in-law, Frank Fridrich.
