Funeral service for Steve Fradenburgh, 68, of Baker will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Stevenson Funeral Home in Baker with Pastor Mike Davis officiating. Burial will take place in Bonnievale cemetery. The service will be livestreamed on the funeral home website the day of the service.
Visitation for Steve will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, August 27th at the funeral home with a prayer service being held at 6:00 p.m.
Steve passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Fallon Medical Complex, Baker.
Steve was born in Havre MT on July 1, 1957, the son of Albert and Julia "Judy" (McDonald) Fradenburgh. Growing up he attended various schools in Montana, Minnesota and Arizona due to his father's work. He was a 1975 high school graduate. Steve married Connie Beebe on July 15, 1987 and to this union two children were born; Lori and Anthony. Steve then began working for E&E Service before starting with Shell Oilfield as a roustabout. It became a lifetime career, as he worked with the instrumentation & electronics and later managing the department. He retired after 44 years in the oilfield, where he saw many changes and worked with a variety of companies over the years. Due to health complications, Steve was unable to work the past couple years. He proudly served as a city council member for 14 years and as the Commander for the Awana Program. He also taught adult Sunday school. Steve was very active and available for anything that needed to be done at Lakeview Baptist Church. He enjoyed bowling and golfing and always had time for grandkids, friends, and relatives.
Steve is survived by his wife, Connie; son, Anthony (Jessica) Fradenburgh of Baker; daughter, Lori (JJ) O'Connor of Baker; brothers, Scott (Brenda) Fradenburgh, Shawn (fiance, Patty) Fradenburgh; sister, Cindy (Ernie) Scheetz; five grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Tyger, Mason, Eliana, Owen and another granddaughter on the way.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Judy Fradenburgh; sister, Lorie Fradenburgh.
