Susan Nelson

­­A celebration of life for Susan Nelson, 64, of Dickinson will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 13, 2023 at Stevenson Funeral Home with Pastor Scott Skones officiating.

Susan passed away Monday, January 9, 2023 at her home in Dickinson.

Susan Joy Nelson was born November 29, 1958 in Minot, North Dakota to Dareld and Carol (Kocher) Nelson. She graduated from Hazen High School in 1977. Susan met and married Randy Lindborg, and to this union two children were born, Erik and Emily.

She was the best mom to Erik and Emily, making sure they were always very well taken care of and dressed to the nines. She loved to cook and sew. She especially enjoyed making tutus, dresses, blankets, and pajamas for her grandchildren. Susan adored all of her grandchildren and cherished the time she spent with them. She was selfless, and she was willing to give everything she had to someone in need. She will be greatly missed by her whole family and everyone who knew her.

Susan is survived by her children, Erik (Kelli) Lindborg of Beulah and Emily (Josh) Raden of Dickinson; grandchildren, Taylor (Alec Erhardt) Kadrmas, Anders, Emerik, and Barron Lindborg, Joselie, Lucille, and Walter Raden; sisters, Cheryl Drath and Bonnie (Scott) Bather; nieces and nephews, Chad, Victoria, Krystal, Elizabeth and Daniel.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dareld and Carol Nelson.
